Renovating our Victorian house and bought these escutcheons to go with beehive handles purchased. These look just like pictures on the website, great quality and value, and matching our new original beehive fittings. Arrived quickly, well packaged and with all fittings included. Very pleased and will come back to vintagedoorknobs.co.uk in future as we finish renovating the house.

An excellently made item. Good quality brass with pleasing weight. Look really good on my original Victorian door. Easy to fit. One very minor criticism is that of the two bought, the location of one of the swivels is slighlty off centre; but ironically that gives it a nice handmade feel.

Very pleased with these beehive escutcheons, they are a perfect match to the door knobs and being solid brass shouldn’t lose their appearance over time. I had some missing and some different ones and it was great to renew them all to match.

These are beautiful & fancier than some of the existing ebonised keyhole covers in our house. Along with the beehive style knobs they really enhance the existing doors.

We received our escutcheon a couple of days after purchase and we were not disappointed. It is incredibly good quality, fittings are great and works well on our Victorian house.

These were an excellent buy. They are a lot more shiny than I expected, the photo must add some shading. The brass plates on our door knobs are quite tarnished so they looked out of place. No bother though, I put them in a baggie with some vinegar on a paper towel and in no time they weren't as new looking. They darked up and look great on the doors. Very happy with this product. Fast delivery too. Thank you.
